Hypocrite of the Week: Roseanne Barr
Gay Wired Aug 22 08If the 2008 race for the White House has done nothing else, it has certainly gotten a lot of folks talking about politics again. However, the downside of this election cycle, is that it has got some people blabbering on about political matters whose interests would be better served if they simply remained quiet and voted their own conscience in private come November 4. Comedienne (or, shall I say, former comedienne) Roseanne Barr is one such person. Because last week she unfairly and without provocation attacked the well established generosity and humanitarian spirit of the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, while secretly appearing to be something of a miser herself when it comes to giving of her own money and dubious parenting skills, unfunny lady Roseanne Barr is the hypocrite of the week.
